My son loves his fidget T so much he lives in it, so we now have some on rotation. He uses the T to live in, hide in, stretch in and it's already getting way out of shape and I don't know how long it will last....

I ordered a tshirt with the popits only to find there was a glitch with apple pay and I was seemingly overcharged. What transpired was I was I was charged €17.99 for shipping to Ireland that I wasn’t aware of due to the glitch. I contacted Comfa immediately and I was impressed as they jumped into action and although I was sceptical it seemed I was talking to someone who actually cared and genuinely wanted to fix the issue. They refunded me immediately and I got the refund almost instantly and they then continued to work with me to resolve the issue. What’s more they went above and beyond and sent me the shirt anyway!!!!! I’m beyond impressed by the customer service and the kindness shown at all times in my experience in dealing with them and MY SON LOVES THE TSHIRT - he says “that’s cool and feels like nothing which is really great …. and it’s even in my favourite colour!!”. I bought these for my son as he is Neurodivergent and he absolutely loves them (I bought two the blue and black T-shirts). He loves this material so much that instead of wearing the t-shirt outside he’s decided to wear it to bed, although now I have the down side of trying to get him out of the t-shirt to wash them hence buying at least two to begin with!
He talked to me for hours about what he likes about the tshirt, how it moved on his body, how it felt, how the poppers where in there and most of all how I got the correct size as it fits to where his hands are natural (he’s 11 but tall, I got the 11-13 size)
These T-shirts are affordable and very well made! Thank god for social media as that’s where I found this company!!! One very happy boy and one grateful mother.

Children love them.

FAQ's

Do You Do Adult Sizes?

Not at the moment, although we do plan to expand into Adult sizes as soon as the business is able.

Does The Popit Wash OK?

The full Fidget-T has been tested both professionally and personally in our own washing machine, and both the fabric parts and popit parts have passed every test. The full washing and care instructions can be found in the Resources section, but the main information is that the Fidget-T is safe to wash at 30 degrees but doesn’t tumble dry.

How Do The Sizes Work?

Because we know how expensive it can be trying to clothe children, especially one that has sensory needs, we have designed the Fidget-T to straddle sizing for 2 age ranges. This way if you want a bigger, baggier size you can go an age higher, and the opposite if you want it tighter. The full sizing guide can be found in the Resources section.

I'm Very Sensitive To Fabric, Is The Fidget-T Right For Me?

We know that the way fabric feels can be very important to Neurodivergent people. Although we have put a lot of time and research in to ensuring that the fabric is as soft and gentle as we can find, we also appreciate that this might not be the case for everyone.

If you have any concerns about the way the fabric might feel, we offer free samples of the fabric for customers. That way you can rest assured that you know what the fabric will feel like BEFORE you spend any money. We’ve been there too with ‘sensory’ clothes that feel awful and are a waste of money. I'm Not Neurodivergent, Can I Still Wear A Fidget-T?

Of course! The Fidget-T was designed with everyone in mind, it doesn’t matter if you are autistic, ADHD or just love to play with popits. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in what they wear.

Returns

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.
It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should be in its original packaging, with the removable label still attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at [mail@comfa.co.uk] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return the item for reasons other than a defect or error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
