Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item should be in its original packaging, with the removable label still attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return the item for reasons other than a defect or error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you using the same shipping method as your original order. You will receive a confirmation email.
