We recently had the wonderful opportunity to return to BBC Radio Derby…

And it felt great to talk about the exciting progress we’ve made at Comfa – including our big win of the Business Boost competition with Simply Business! 🏆✨

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and ease.

Twiggie, the presenter, was their usual lovely and chatty self, which immediately put us at ease. It felt less like an interview and more like catching up with a friend. Their natural way of connecting made the conversation flow effortlessly, and it was easy to talk about everything we’ve achieved so far.

Sanchez, the producer, was equally wonderful as he made sure everything was smooth behind the scenes, and we felt completely comfortable the entire time. And here’s a fun little nugget Sanchez shared with us: apparently, one of our past videos for Radio Derby got a comment from Sharon Stone! How surreal and exciting is that? It’s moments like these that make you realise just how far we’ve come and how amazing it is to connect with people through our work. 💪🏻

Before we knew it, our time at the station was over, and we were back outside in the cold January air. It was a brief visit, but a memorable one. The whole experience was a great reminder of the incredible journey we’ve been on, and we can’t wait to hear the interview when it airs!
